Each abstract must be submitted together with its submission form, exclusively as attachment to an e-mail (to the following address: email@example.com), as a Word format file (.doc or .docx), before June 30th 2019. Abstracts submitted after this deadline will NOT be taken into consideration. Upon receipt of the abstract, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the submitter.
In the abstract submission form, the authors must indicate whether they would prefer to present it as an oral communication or as a poster. Regardless of the preference, the final decision on the form of the presentation will be taken by the Scientific Committee of the Congress, and will be communicated to the corresponding author in a timely fashion.
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and, if the evaluation is positive, published in the Journal of Plant Pathology (JPP), as long as the author, or at least one of the co-authors, has registered to the Congress.
The abstracts must have the following format (see example):
Margins: 2,5 cm;
Title: Times New Roman, font size 12 point, bold
Authors: Capitalized name initials, Times New Roman, font size 11 point, bold.
Corresponding author’s affiliation and e-mail: Times New Roman, italics, font size 11 point.
Body: maximum 250 words, Times New Roman, italicized scientific names, font size 11 point, justified.
